Structure and Flexibility

Speakers often want a certain level of flexibility for their 'unique' story and their 'unique' way of telling that story. At the same time as listener you may like to have a certain amount of structure to ensure that the process is effective. We think that the following tools provide both structure and flexibility:

We recommend that you combine these tools with our training 'Presence'. These tools may look a little complicated at first. During our training courses we've seen however, that once you've taken some time to follow them step by step, they are very easy to understand and use. Most tools are also available in German, Dutch, French and Polish.

Words for Thoughts, Feelings and Needs

We think, that successfully finding the 'right' words to reflect the core message in the story of a speaker requires a combination of effective tools, practice, attitude and talent. To help you find the 'right' words for needs faster and easier we developed the:

We recommend that you combine these tools with our training 'Finding Words'. This training as well as the Book of Needs will also provide other methods to find words for thoughts, feelings and needs.

Free Tools

Because we would like our tools to be used by as many people as possible, we offer several of our tools free of charge. Above you see several examples. At the same time we would like you to consider, that we've put quite a lot of time and effort into making them.
